As the Director of CP&R Management Limited, I have been a fully chartered Quantity Surveyor for over a decade, but had over two decades of hands-on experience in the construction industry, fulfilling a number of roles in cost and project management, construction management, and fund monitoring.
My background spans a variety of sectors, from residential new-builds to complex commercial refurbishments, ranging in values of <£1million to >£1billion. I have also been fortunate enough to work on some of the most highly profiled projects and landmark buildings in the UK during recent times.
In setting up CP&R Management Limited in 2023 with a true passion for construction, my main aim was to demonstrate to clients how adapting in what is increasingly becoming more of a challenging industry, is key for the future success of delivering projects. This means moving away from the old traditional and segregated approach to more of a flexible and collaborative one.
My focus has always been on delivering excellence and value. I am committed to fostering a collaborative environment where integrity, transparency, and open communication are at the heart of every project. By working closely with all members of the project team, I ensure that every detail is meticulously managed, and every challenge is met with practical, tailored solutions. My ethos is simple: build trust, deliver quality, and create lasting results that exceed expectations.

CASE STUDY ONE
Erdem’s second London store occupies a 1920s Art Deco building on Sloane Street – an address long associated with fashion and design.
Where as Erdem’s first store on South Audley Street was imagined as a private home, Sloane Street takes on the character of a working studio – energetic, expressive and experimental. Architects P. Joseph balanced refinement with tactility, combining warm, textured materials such as canvas, plaster and wood with clean, modern elements in steel and glass. This play of contrasts creates a layered, atmospheric interior designed to evolve naturally over time.
Bespoke interventions include hand-painted canvas wall panels in Erdem’s signature blue and reclaimed encaustic floor tiles, grounding the space in material authenticity. Plaster-finished mannequins, together with custom furniture and lighting by British and international makers, lend intimacy and individuality to the environment.
The result is a setting that resonates with Erdem’s design codes while remaining rooted in P. Joseph’s architectural language – a contemporary store that is both crafted and characterful, reflective of its prestigious Sloane Street context.
CASE STUDY TWO
We delivered the full fit-out of a new women’s concept store on King’s Road, creating an elevated environment inspired by classical forms and contemporary craftsmanship. Curved displays, sculptural elements and bespoke materials blend storytelling with innovation, resulting in a refined retail space that redefines how movement, wellbeing and design come together.
CASE STUDY THREE
CP&R Management were appointed in 2025 to review costs received from a contractor on a private residential project in London, consisting of the refurbishment of an existing outdoor pool and construction of a new pool house. It has now been agreed with the client that to achieve maximum value for money a more competitive approach to tendering is required along with a review of the existing design information. CP&R Management have recently been instructed to first assist the client with all of this, with a view of being appointed for all other PM/QS duties required to deliver this project and all other planned phases right the way through to completion. The first phase of the project is due to commence in September 2026
